Hi! My name is Emily and I run Make Play Do art clubs.

I am a practicing collage artist, graphic designer and mum to two. I moved from London to Chesham 12 years ago to raise my family and fell in love with this friendly little town that’s filled with kind and creative people!

I first graduated with a BA Hons Degree in Animation in 2003 and then again in 2011 with a Masters Degree in Graphic Design. I have 25 years of experience working in a range of creative roles from prop & puppet making for theatre to print finishing to mural painting! I love to share my passion for ALL things creative, guiding a series of fresh and varied practical workshops in small, friendly groups and offering a supportive and welcoming studio for all to follow their creative curiosity and gain confidence in doing so. No two workshops are the same, freedom of expression encouraged and everyone is welcome! Private bespoke workshops or parties by request, tailored entirely to you. My studio is at the Bagnall Centre in Chesham, HP5 1PE.
